Washington was right when he said that political parties should not be formed. Instead, we should elect leaders who on one hand understand situations on a better level than the average citizen, but at the same time considers and takes into account the thoughts of said citizens.

I wouldn't say I'm a republican I wouldn't say I'm a democrat. I agree with some things on both sides. yes, I favor more to the democrats but I do not believe in abortion. I thinK it's wrong and is not needed.

Honestly I'm split half and half and these issues. I guess I really am an independent. It's important to be open to new ideas but it's also important to remember that you don't need to immediately jump onto every new idea like with Bernie Sanders. He's a nice guy and I think he intends his policies to be great for people but based on what I know from taking 3 years of economics I can't agree with them. I'd love to though. I actually was for him over trump until I saw policies and supporters talked to me about it. They won me over and I can say as a gay man I stand with trump. Honestly ppl say his supporters are all these terrible things but I can honestly say I haven't met one that was mean. Maybe harsh with their words at time but not mean. However Bernie supporters are the ones calling for actions, rioting, starting fights over crap, letting lil children holding signs saying Fuck Trump, and making all of these horrible memes. Being conservative is good as long as you don't live in the past be open to new ideas but don't forget about the old ones because sometimes a combo of both (basically upgrading the old) can usually lead to happier ppl. Finding a middle ground is better than fighting and starting crap.

I have faith in the republican party and I truly agree and support the ideals such as opposing gay marriage and abortion . I believe marriage has been a traditional man and woman for as long as we know. I believe it to be disrespectful to change that , Instead I believe they should have a different method of marriage for gays as long as they don't violate traditional marriages. As to abortion , its wrong and simply inhumane . If we have strict animal abuse laws why shouldn't we it be the same when it comes to our future generation .

I would love to know where all the folks who think a bigger, more controlling government will get the funds to support all of the programs they endorse. Dems have historically been a "tax and spend" mentality where the Reps put the power back in the hands of the people. There is no way I would ever support a Dem agenda as it is unequivocally unfair to expect folks who do well to pay more. Penalize doing well and you turn us into a socialist society where we are all mediocre. Trump has my vote.

My sister is a republican only because they do not support abortions and that is her religious belief. I think this is such a stupid way to live and choose your political party, especially when you are a middle class person that will benefit from having a democrat president. To me I think we need both parties to survive but Donald Trump is not a republican hes a nazi, and any one else (besides hillary) would be a better president.
