Trump talks like one of those religious leaders in church. The same thrashing. I used to go to church but took time out to be objective. Google if you can 'Religion and the truth' or 'Horis'. A lot of Americans especially down South want to follow these people as they feel America is isolated from the rest of the world and they are protected. America was lynching and dividing wash rooms and buses ect with the black society only up to the 1960's. How backward compared to the rest of the world was that. Cocooned for too long. If you want to be a Christian and follow Jesus then think.of humanity, others in need and not Trump wjo echos Hitlers way of thinking. Would Jesus like this man Trump? There has to be restrictions within a moral frame.

Thank you for writing this article. I've never committed to one party. I was searching for an article like this to help me decide which party I would be closest to in principles and whether I was close enough to commit. After reading your piece, I seem to fit somewhere in the middle of the two parties. I agree with a Republican's view on how we might handle national security, but I side more often with Democrats on the economy and helping with student loans and medicaid. I'm not sure Affordable Health Care will work in the long run and I know Republicans would like to repeal it. I'm not sure which party I'm voting for and for whom within the party, but I do not agree with anything Donald Trump stands for and will not vote for him if he's the nominee. He's only about "winning" for his ego's sake and does not care about the country and what it stands for enough for my tastes. I just don't understand why people can't see him for what he is: a big mouth with a big ego. Sorry, I digress, I was trying to figure out whether I should be affiliated with a political party and this article did help me with that. The answer seems to be, no.

President Washington was a great man, yes? He did so many good things for this country. If you want to disagree with me you should think about where you would be without him. Before he left office he said two things: 1- Never get involved with the wars of other nations and 2- Never start political parties. His first idea worked for a while until we got involved with the world wars. Where did that lead us? Into economic downfall. Sadly, we didn't listen to his second piece of advice either- never to get involved with political parties. Where did parties bring us? Into America splitting itself apart from its fellow citizens because of disagreements. Why can't we all be eagles instead of donkeys and elephants?

Trump is only winning cause everyone is sick of all politicians. That's it. They don't show up for work, they are more concerned with keeping their power than fixing any problems and the system is all jacked up. Ditch the 2 party system so we can just elect whoever's ideas we like best, put term limits on all positions so they can't stay in power too long and take super pac and lobby money out of the equation so people will do whats right instead of what someone else paid for. Then something will start happening.

They have been a democrat in office for awhile and they suppose to be for low class well I'm low class that works and I still live week to week all I have seen is food etc go up in price but not my pay enough to put in saving for future reason being all of our jobs have went to other country's or a computer like self check out ordering things etc and your clothes you have on car tires tools etc made where China Korea etc all democrats are doing is taking from us and givin to them so no there not for us low class like they make you think -
