I believe in lgbtq+ and if you are a woman you have the right to do what you want with your body. Another thing about Planned Parenthood is that they provide woman with birth control witch isn't always for pregnancy, girls also need it to control periods that could be unnatural or life threatening witch could also mean they need their uterus removed for health reasons. And birth control could be used for transgender purposes, a biologic woman who feels male may need it to stop their period witch reminds them they live in a female body. So I dare you to say lgbt and abortion is wrong. There are rights in America and you should respect it.

I'm trying to educate myself on the two political parties because I have influential figures in my life like my ethics teacher whose liberal and my dad who is a die hard republican. My friends are also divided on many political topics and are constantly arguing especially because the elections are coming up. However, these people in my life seem to take their political party to a new extreme where if someone shows any opposition they are shut down unfairly. It seems to me that challenging one's political opinions is like attacking them personally and I am trying to learn the background behind this unnecessary and seemingly deep rooted hostility. To the point, I would like to be aware of who's influencing me and why they have these opinions and I found that this particular article was especially helpful

People who say they are Christian but are democrats annoy the hell out of me. God is completely against abortion (complete MURDER) and gay marriage. You are flat out lying if you say you love God and do what he commands if you support these disqusting ideas!

I'm sorry I just had to add to this simply because of Any. First of all learn how to spell. Secondly, why is it anyones business if two gay people marry? I'm married to a man. I'm a woman. I'm not gay however I do not feel it is my or anyone else's business who marries who or further more if someone wants to abort their baby. I wouldn't but there may be a reason for another. Reasons you and I wouldn't understand and reasons that do not include us AT ALL. You are truly an idiot and hopefully will vote independent that way it will be a wasted vote and it really won't count anyway.

There is such a huge problem with drugs in our country, so lets make it worse by just slapping the dealers and users on the hand. Yes they are criminals and should be punished , you are a criminal when you take drugs while caring for your children, therefore causing serious and fatal injury to and inocent child. In many cases the children get their hands on the drugs and again does not end well. So democratics think about what you are supporting, then again you are for abortion so .......

This was so helpful in explaining the two parties to my grandson. We just got back from voting in the primaries. He's only 11, so I want him to be fully involved when he's old enough to vote on his own. Thank you for the explanation in laymens terms.

Regardless if you are a Republican or a Democrate alot of our tax money is funneled to the White House and all the politicians to do nothing but just fight with each other over everything they try to decide on. If the want fight then give each politician a loaded gun and let both sides fight with bullits not words, we could get rid of 90% of the crap we have up there. Dont bury the dead ones just haul them to the farmers field they would make good manure.

I'll put it as simple as I can for you. Abortion, that Choice is the woman's and their partner. Not the Government and not the church. No matter how wrong you think it is. To me that's Freedom. Democrats are not baby killers. They simply think people with freedom can make up their own minds...hmmm. Freedom isn't that what America is supposed to be about? Gay marriage. The decision to marry another person because you love them for the rest of your life? Heterosexual or not. Again, Freedom to choose marriage or not. For all. Sounds like Freedom again. The freedom to believe in a made up character in the sky? Oh again, freedom. Now, I'll put it in terms only Republicans understand. If you don't believe in freedom then you are anti-American. Trump anyone?
