If the song you wish to post has already been posted on the web, copy the URL from your browser and paste it on Facebook's post editing box. Alternatively, locate some free online space for storage like a Dropbox to get your own music files uploaded to get the link.
Note: I do not know if this will be an infringement on the rights of copyright holders. Consider the copyright laws in your own locality and decide what risk is worth taking.
Method 2: Upload MP3 to File Service then Share on Facebook
Get your mp3 file uploaded to your file hosting service. But you must not forget that not every file hosting service works with Facebook. CloudApp can be one good example here.
Copy the shortest link to the file (example: abc.com/example.mp3). If you cannot say for sure which of the links is the one you need, simply click on the download icon to get the link.
