Tips
  • Liquid spills should be cleaned up immediately! Microfiber is water resistant, but it is still essential fabric. If left too long, those liquid will be soaked in and do harm to your couch. Blotting the liquid with a paper towel would do the trick. Do not rub or spread the spill around, it will only stain the fabric faster.
  • Vacuuming your couch once a week will ensure all the stain causing crumbs to be removed. Avoid using a high-powered vacuum on the fabric since it might wrinkle the fabric from the forced pull. You could permanently damage the microfiber couch that way.
  • Nail polish remover contains acetone and will stain microfiber furniture further.
  • Bleach on your furniture will cause unavoidable discoloration. Leave it for clothes that need to be white.
  • Carpet cleaning machines will damage the couch the same way high-powered vacuum does.
