Hot bath with Epsom salts as hot as you can stand soak for while and it should get hard and dry feeling . Then try and squeeze it like a pimple to get it to open and drain. A steril pin with a nice point may help to open it to drain. If you can't get it to pop, continue with hot bath of epson salt as often as you can and it will eventually pop and drain.. for dealing with pain during day try topical lidocaine 4% or greater ... amazon has some good stuff used for tattoo numbing. Also numb 250 or boil ease may help lessen pain .
