Yea definitely helps immediately, by my third cup of tea mint green tea I was singing "Hello from the other side". I can breathe and finally go back to sleep after coughing all night.

Thank you. My goodness, I was about to go out of my mind. Salt water helped, and ginger tea was great, actually might be able to sleep tonight . Got to pick up some honey tomorrow. :-)

I've been living with this cough and tickle in the throat for months now and it's driving me insane. It just seems like it's getting worse. I've been to the doctor and he sent me for chest x-rays, and when they came up empty, and I told him it was my throat, he says it's all in my head. Coughing excessively is really impacting my quality of life. :(

I've been really sick for the past week (I'm only 12) and my coughing keeps my family awake for hours at night, i think the warm water is really efficient for temporary relief. :D
