I've done Coke I'm in rehab for alcohol and on probation for burglary if your a common user 3-4 days barley use should be out in 2-3 just stay hydrated if you don't have that long sweat turn your shower on all the way and sit in it for an hour or so then take a cold shower it works!

3 days max usually unless youre an extremely heavy user or you did like a quarter ounce over say a weekend. then it might take closer to a week or 10 days if you're unhealthy or have a poor diet your metabolism is generally slower. That prolongs the detox of it as well. As for me I did an 8ball just about on Thursday since we had a 3 day weekend and Monday I had to take a urine drug test for work after work say round 330 4pm. So say I stopped round 5am I took the last line Friday morning I was fine Monday afternoon passed the test no problem. So 72 hours is the max period and I say the safest bet. If you have 3 days to piss. You can pass if you don't use for those 3 days and you only do it randomly like me I do it like once every 3 or 4 months when I'm off and have 3 days off or more of work so I know no matter what even of come Monday I have to take a test ASAP after work or even when I go in at 6am I'm 98% sure I'll pass assuming I drank water all 3 day like large amounts no sugared Drinks or anything to poison your body. Junk food alcohol eat healthy for 3 days you'll be fine. eventually you'll probably be healthier lol you do coke and it's hard wire to eat decently healthy for 3 days assuming you wanna keep your job.

I HAVE 48 HOUR TO PASS A PROBATION DRUG TEST AND HAVE SMOKED COCAINE DAILY. IT'S FRIDAY AND I SHOULD BE TESTED TUESDAY. IT IS MY SECOND APPT WITH OFFICER WITH RANDOM TESTING.

@ Lynne MacPherson : if all you do is cocaine (no drinking along with it)you need to drink nothing but water but not a shit load cause it can mess with your pH levels and some places make that an automatic positive, it takes 72 hours stop snorting , shooting, smoking it, or being around it. work out sweat your ass off, you have to sweat it out of your system not necessarily a high metabolism. High metabolism is good to get a negative for weed cause the THC resides in the fatty cells so dont eat fatty foods but that will still take 4 to 7 days.
