No-Added Oil Avocado Ranch Dressing

Ingredients

1 avocado (medium)1/2 tsp dried marjoram
4 tbsp nondairy milk (unsweetened)1/2 tsp dried basil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar1/2 to 1/4 tsp salt (seasoning)
1 tbsp lemon juice1/4 tsp smoked paprika
3/4 tsp granulated garlic1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  • Scrape the flesh of avocado and put them into a bowl. Now mash them as best as possible.

  • Mix all of the ingredients into the mashed up avocado and mix them thoroughly.

  • If the dressing is not thin enough, then add nondairy milk one tablespoon at a time until it achieves the consistency you want.

  • The food processor can also be used for making this healthy avocado dressing as well.

Tips
  • This dressing goes along well with a salad of carrots, chopped romaine hearts and ½ container chicken-free strips.
