Click the "Windows Orb" on the bottom left corner, or press "Win Key" on your keyboard.

Then input "cmd" in the search box in the Start Menu. You'll find "cmd" in the search result, click on it.

The Command Prompt window will be opened. Now you can input any command to continue your operation, such as dir (list files and folders), ipconfig (show IP configuration), exit (to exit from command prompt) etc.
